Registration information

EJC2022 registration fee is 450€ (VAT included) and covers: the shuttle bus (see Practical information) and the accommodation and meals for the whole stay, including coffee breaks and a social dinner.

The school will propose a reduced fee of 150€ for participants from institutions that support EJC2022*.

The registration fee will be refundable in case of cancellation of the participant before August 3. Travel costs are at the charge of the participants or their institutions.

The registration process to EJC2022 is done in two steps:

1/ Pre-registration (from April 1 to May 25, 2022) is now closed

2/ Final registration for selected participants (from June 1 to 30, 2022)

An e-mail with the information needed for registration and payment has been sent to the selected participants.
